Karan Mehra
Karan Mehra aka Naitik of `Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai` has finally quit the show after a seven-year stint. Reports of Karan quitting the show owing to issues with co-star Hina Khan had surfaced in January, along with reports about him not being happy with his character graph in the show.
Upasana Singh
Upasna Singh quits Comedy Nights Live because the show is dead. Actress Upasna Singh, best known for having played Pinky Bua on Kapil Sharma`s ex-show Comedy Nights Live.
Sidhant Gupta
The actor, who is currently in news for quitting Zee TV`s `Tashan-E-Ishq`, has apparently been offered dance reality show, `Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa`. He played the role of Kunj in Tashan-E-Ishq.
Mihika Verma
Mihika Verma who plays the role of Divyanka Tripathi`s younger sister in `Yeh Hai Mohabbatein` to quit the show. According to the reports, the actress is not ready to play an older character on the show. The television diva got married to a US-based NRI businessman on April 27, 2016.
Eisha Singh
Eisha Singh aka Dhaani in Ishq Ka Rang Safed quit the show. The reason behind Eisha`s decision to leave the show is the upcoming leap in the story line. It has reported that IKRS is all set to take a leap of five years where Dhaani`s character will be shown as the mother of a young child. And Eisha is not at all comfortable to essay the role of a mother. Actress Sanjeeda Sheikh is the new Dhaani post leap.
Shilpa Shinde
Actress Shilpa Shinde has quit popular comedy show Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai, alleging that the makers mentally tortured her, which has prompted the production house to send a legal notice accusing her of breach of contact. She said, The problem started when the makers asked her to sign a contract that would bar her from doing other shows.
Achint Kaur
Achint has opted out of the show citing it was time to pursue a different role. The actress, whose repertoire of work comprises a number of pathbreaking roles over two decades, played a chic mother-in-law in `Jamai Raja` - a step away from the stereotypical saas portrayal that is usually seen on the small screen.
Drashti Dhami
TV actress Drashti Dhami to exit from her show Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani in April. According to sources, the actress was not ready to play mother in the show. The show is apparently going to have a generation leap after which she would be shown in an aging character.
Siddhanth Karnick
He quit the show because of her age issue in the show. Siddhanth refused to play older characters. And now with their kids becoming the main protagonists, their characters won`t be the highlight anymore.
