# Homemade Foot Scrub with Brown Sugar and Olive OilIn a bowl, take 2-3 tbsp olive oil and add 1-2 tbsp brown sugar and juice of half of a lemon. Mix together and apply it on damp feet. Massage in circular motion all over the feet. Keep it on for another 15-20 minutes and then use plain water to rinse it off. Repeat once or twice weekly for soft and smooth feet.
# Honey and Rice Flour Homemade Foot ScrubTake 1-2 tbsp honey in a bowl. Add one tbsp each of rice flour and olive oil. Also add a tsp apple cider vinegar. Mix everything together. Soak your feet in warm water for some time and after that apply this homemade foot scrub.
Gently massage in circular motion all over the feet and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off with plain water, pat dry and apply moisturizer. Repeat once or twice in a week.
# Almond Oil and Sugar Homemade Foot ScrubCut couple of fresh strawberries into small pieces. Blend them to get strawberry pulp. Take it out and add 1-2 tbsp plain sugar and a tbsp almond oil. Mix everything nicely and prepare a coarse paste. Apply it on damp feet and massage for few minutes. Wash off with plain water and do this once or twice every week.
# Homemade Foot Scrub with Baking Soda and Lemon Juice
Combine half cup of baking soda and juice of half of a lemon. Also add a tbsp coconut oil and few drops of lavender essential oil. Mix all the ingredients nicely and apply the mixture all over the feet. Continue massaging for few minutes. Wait for another 5 minutes and wash off with plain water. Reapply this homemade foot scrub once or twice in a week.
# Coconut Oil and Epsom Salt Homemade Foot ScrubIn a bowl, take two tbsp Epsom salt and add one tbsp coconut oil as well as few drops of peppermint essential oil. Mix all the ingredients and apply on your damp feet. Exfoliate for few minutes and let it stay on the feet for another 5-10 minutes. Wash off with plain water, pat dry and moisturize. Do this once or twice in a week.
# Homemade Foot Scrub with Red Lentil and MilkTake 1-2 tbsp of red lentil powder or masoor dal powder. Add enough amount of raw milk and honey and mix the ingredients together to make a thick paste. Apply it on the feet and exfoliate. Wait til the scrub gets dry naturally. Once it is dry, wash with plain water. Repeat this twice in a week.
# Oatmeal and Buttermilk Homemade Foot ScrubSoak half a cup of oatmeal in enough amount of buttermilk. After some time mix both of them to form a thick paste. Apply it on the feet and massage in circular motion for some time. Leave it on the skin for another 5-10 minutes and rinse it off using fresh, plain water. Use this twice in a week.
# Homemade Foot Scrub with Milk and Sea SaltIn a bowl, combine together a tbsp each of sea salt and sugar. Add enough amount of raw milk to that and mix the ingredients. Keep it aside. Soak your feet in luke warm water for 15-20 minutes. After that exfoliate your feet with the pre-made mixture. Continue massage for 5 minutes and then keep it on the ski for another 10 minutes. Finally wash off. Do this once in a week.
# Coffee and Almond Oil Homemade Foot ScrubMix together a tbsp each of coffee and oatmeal. Add enough amount of almond oil and few drops of lavender essential oil. Mix everything to prepare the homemade foot scrub and apply it on the feet. Massage gently for few minutes to exfoliate. Wash off with plain water and pat dry, moisturize as well. Do this once weekly.
# Homemade Foot Scrub with Baking Soda and Rose WaterTake 2-3 tbsp baking soda and add enough rose water to make a paste. Apply it on the feet and massage gently for some time. Keep it on for another few minutes and then wash off. Repeat twice in a week.
