Apply a pasty mixture of turmeric and mint juice to the face for 20 minutes. Rinse thereafter.

Bentonite clay, especially, has antibacterial properties which help in getting rid of blackheads. Make a clay mask paste with clay powder and water. Apply, evenly, throughout the face. Shelled AlmondsCrushed shelled almonds can be used as facial scrub to remove facial impurities and dead cells. Make a coarse paste of crushed almond and honey. Gently massage, in circular motion, on face for 5-10 minutes. Rinse off with water and moisturize.

Baking SodaBaking soda has exfoliating, antibacterial and antifungal properties. It is an effective way to get rid of pimples and blackheads. Mix baking soda with water. Apply to affected area for 15 minutes. Rinse and moisturize skin.
