# Red Lentil Body Scrub with Raw Milk
Soak a cup red lentil in water overnight. Next morning, put the soaked lentils in the blender and add 2-3 tbsp raw milk to that. Blend together to prepare the red lentil body scrub. Take it out and apply it all over the body. Massage for some times and leave it on for another 10-15 minutes, before washing off in the shower. Reapply this red lentil body scrub weekly twice.
