# Honey yogurt cleanserYogurt is packed with lactic acid, a popular alpha hydroxy acid(AHA) which helps reduce acne breakouts and prevents signs of aging. To make this honey yogurt cleanser, simply mix a Tbsp of yogurt with a half a Tbsp of honey and apply it to your face. Gently massage in circular motions for 5 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
# Honey face washAll you have to do is take half a tsp of raw honey is your palm and add a few drops of warm water. Use this to wash your face as you do with any other facial cleanser. Gently massage the honey on your face. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
# Honey oatmeal scrubOatmeal is one the best acne treatment ingredient you can use. It is rich in antioxidants which help repair skin damage from UV rays and environment. Combine oatmeal and honey to make a scrub for oily and dull skin.
What you need8 tbsp oatmeal
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp water
3 tbsp lemon juice
What to doFirst of all, grind the oats in a coffee grinder or powder mill.
Mix all the ingredients until well combined. You can adjust the water until you’re satisfied with the consistency.
Apply it to your face or body. Leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
# Honey Baking Soda ScrubBaking soda is antiseptic and anti-inflammatory and helps reduce acne and lighten scars. You can combine baking soda with honey to create a soothing scrub for acne and scars. Mix 1 tsp of baking soda with 1 tsp of honey and gently massage this paste on your skin for a minute. Make sure not to rub your face as baking soda can be aggressive. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
# Honey cinnamon acne maskThe antibacterial properties of cinnamon make it ideal to use for acne. It also has skin lightening properties which can help gradually face blemishes, hyper-pigmentation and acne scars. However, this spice should be applied with caution on your face. Combine 1 Tbsp of raw honey with 1/4th Tbsp of cinnamon in a small bowl. If the mask is too thick, you can dissolve the honey by heating in the microwave for 30 minutes. Make sure the mask is not too hot to apply on your face. Apply this mask generously on your face, let it sit for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Repeat this once a week.
