# Strawberry & Yogurt Face Masks

Strawberries
Honey
Method- In a small mixing bowl, mash 2 ripe strawberries with a fork.
- Add 1 teaspoon honey and mix well.
- Measure out 1 teaspoon yogurt and stir it into the strawberries and honey.
- Wash your face and neck with warm water and an oil-free cleanser to remove makeup and open pores.
- Apply a thick layer of the mask.
- Let the mixture dry on your face for fifteen minutes.
- Gently remove the mask using lukewarm water.
- Splash cool water on your face to close your pores.
- Pat your skin dry with a soft towel.
# Avocado & Yogurt Face Masks

Avocado
Method- Pour 1 teaspoon of olive oil into a small mixing bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon yogurt.
- Mash ¼ of an avocado with the back of a fork and then add to the bowl.
- Mix well until the ingredients form a paste.
- Wash your face and neck with warm water and an oil-free cleanser to remove makeup and open pores.
- Spread the mask on the skin of your face, neck, and décolleté.
- Leave it to settle into your skin for fifteen minutes.
- Remove the mask by wetting your face with lukewarm water and gently scrubbing it away with circular movements of your fingers.
- When the mask is all gone, rinse again with cool water.
- Pat your skin dry with a soft towel.
# Oatmeal & Yogurt Face Masks

Method
- Measure 1 teaspoon of yogurt into a bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon of oatmeal.
- Mix and let sit for two minutes so the oatmeal can absorb the yogurt.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon honey. Make sure the honey is evenly spread throughout the mixture.
- Wash your face and neck with warm water and an oil-free cleanser to remove makeup and open pores.
- Apply a thick coat of the blend to your face, neck, and chest.
- Relax for fifteen minutes and let the mask dry.
- After fifteen minutes, wash off the mask using lukewarm water and a soft washcloth.
- Gently scrub in circles to remove all the sticky honey.

Method- Crush six or seven rose petals in a mixing bowl.
- Add 2 tablespoons rosewater and let sit for two minutes so the water can pull all the healthy vitamins and minerals from the rose petals.
- Measure in 1 tablespoon yogurt.
- Mix well and let the ingredients sit for two minutes.
- Pour in 1 teaspoon honey.
- Stir until ingredients are evenly distributed.
- You can either leave the petals in the mixture or remove them. Most of the nutrients have been removed, so they’re just for decoration at this point.
- Wash your face and neck with warm water and an oil-free cleanser to remove makeup and open pores.
- Apply the mask to your skin and leave it to dry for ten minutes.
- Rinse the mask off with lukewarm water followed by cool water to close your pores.
- Pat your skin dry with a soft towel to finish the process.
# Green Tea & Yogurt Face Masks

Green tea (strongly brewed)
Method- Pour 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar into a mixing bowl.
- Measure in 1 ½ tablespoons of dry oatmeal into the bowl.
- Stir so the vinegar coats all the oatmeal.
- Add 2 tablespoons yogurt.
- Mix well and let sit for two minutes.
- Drizzle in 1 teaspoon honey and mix until evenly distributed.
- Pour in 3 tablespoons strongly-brewed green tea.
- Stir vigorously until the ingredients form a paste.
- Wash your face and neck with warm water and an oil-free cleanser to remove makeup and open pores.
- With clean fingers, apply the paste to the skin of your face, neck, and décolleté.
- Wait for fifteen minutes to let the mask harden and do its work.
- Remove the mask with lukewarm water and a soft washcloth.
- Finish the process by splashing cool water on your skin to close pores.
- Pat skin dry with a clean towel.
