5 Signs To Show Your Skin is Dehydrated

There are many such signs, which shows that your body lacks water. It is not enough to follow a beauty regimen or treatments to achieve healthy and beautiful skin. There are some basic things that are important as well. One of the most important things is water. To have hydrated skin, we need to give enough water to our body. If there is any deficiency in it, it will be seen on your face and your skin. There are signs that tell that your skin is not drinking enough water.

* Muscle Pull-out

Is it very common that after several exercises or morning walk, your muscles begin to pull-out? This is because after such activity, you lose so much of water from your body in the form of sweat and your body becomes dehydrated. Therefore, after working out, it is mandatory to drink plenty of water. This is a clear-cut sign of dehydration which should not be ignored.

* Headache

A headache not only occurs due to the stress on the eyes, but it also happens due to lack of water intake. That’s because your brain’s fluid intensity decreases. Whenever you have headache hereafter, along with getting your eyes check also take note on how much water you drank that day. You can also add fresh fruit juices to your diet which adds up to the water intake.

* Dark urine

If the colour of your urine is dark yellow, then you need to be alert. It is your body pointing out that you are not drinking enough water. If this is the case, increase the quantity of water and add more iron and vitamins to your diet. This should not be taken lightly and visit a doctor if this doesn’t stop.

* Premature aging

Lack of water results in skin irritation. The result of this appears as wrinkles and fine lines. So if wrinkles are seen on your face or hands, then it means you have dehydrated skin. One should drink 2.5-3 litres of water a day.

* Sudden fatigue

There is a lack of energy if you are not following the right diet. In today’s fast life there can be many reasons why you feel tired. But if you feel it all the time and if you have trouble concentrating on your work, then this is a sign of a dehydrated skin. Drinking water regularly can make you active.Not just dry skin; there are many such signs, which tell that your skin needs water. So do not drink water only when you are thirsty, but make a habit of drinking at least 8-9 glasses of water every day. Also, include vitamins and iron along with juice in the diet.
