6 Remedies To Help You Get Rid of Body Odor

How does it feel, if we get humiliated in a group of people for the bad body odour. When do we get body odour? when we go out for gym, running, when we are exposed to sun, when you are nervous, anxiety, etc.

Our body produces sweat, which has some sort of smell. When the protein is breakdown by bacteria, it produces acids, called propionic acid and isovaleric acid. propionic acid is caused by bacteria, while isovaleric acid is responsible for the bad body odour in the body.

- Prepare green tea , strain and let it get cool down
