Dryness of hair is a common thing among men and women but it is not a serious health issue. There are some very effective tips and tricks to keep your hair vibrant, soft and moisturised. Below are a few DIY techniques that help this situation.
# Banana Mask
IngredientsRipe banana
Coconut/Olive Oil (2 tablespoons)
Egg yolk
Lime Juice (1 teaspoon)
Full-fat milk (1/2 cup)
MethodRipe bananas work best for this particular recipe. Put the ripe through a blender, after which you can add the olive oil, egg yolk, lime juice and the half cup of full-fat milk. Mix all it together until you see a creamy and smooth consistency. Leave the pack on for half an hour before rinsing it off thoroughly.
# Honey Mask

Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
Method
Mix the honey and the olive oil together and heat it up for a bit. Then, apply it from the ends right up to the scalp and leave it for a good 20-30 minutes before rinsing it off thoroughly.
# Egg Mask

MethodThe preparation is pretty easy. All you have to do is mix the 3 yolks together and applying on the hair. But, since it is a very highly sticky substance, you need to rinse the hair multiple times. Make sure to use natural shampoo to wash your hair.
# Yogurt
IngredientsYogurt (2 tablespoons)
Honey (1 tablespoon)
MethodCombine all the ingredients together and apply it from the roots till the end. Give your scalp a good massage and let it be for 15-20 minutes before washing your hair with a good natural shampoo.
# MayonnaiseWet your hair and use the mayo as a conditioner. Gently spread mayonnaise on your hair. Make sure to cover the roots as well as the ends. Once done, wear a shower cap over your head to trap heat and let it sit for 20 minutes. wash with your shampoo, dry and style.
# Avocado

Oil of your choice (Rosemary Oil is recommended)

MethodWhisk the egg and add the honey, oil and avocado in the mix. Apply the mask and keep it on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse, shampoo and use a little amount of conditioner. Remember to not use hot water while shampooing and rinsing or else, you might cook the egg in your hair.
# Rose Mask
IngredientsRose petal powder (2 teaspoons)
Rose water (1 teaspoon)
Coconut Milk (2 teaspoons)
Hibiscus Powder (1 teaspoon)
Beetroot juice (1 teaspoon)
Method
Mix the coconut milk to the solution of rose water and rose petal power. Add hibiscus power to this mixture and stir it well. Partition your hair into four sections and start applying from hair roots to the ends. After a generous application, wear a shower cap and leave it for 60 minutes. Rinse it off using a mild shampoo.
# Olive OilTake 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a tablespoon and heat it moderately over a low flame. Apply this warm oil to your hair as a leave-in conditioner.
# Natural Mask – Fruits
