Method

In a bowl, take 2-3 tbsp olive oil and add 1-2 tbsp brown sugar and juice of half of a lemon. Mix together and apply it on damp feet. Massage in circular motion all over the feet. Keep it on for another 15-20 minutes and then use plain water to rinse it off. Repeat once or twice weekly for soft and smooth feet.

Method


Take 1-2 tbsp honey in a bowl. Add one tbsp each of rice flour and olive oil. Also add a tsp apple cider vinegar. Mix everything together. Soak your feet in warm water for some time and after that apply this homemade foot scrub.

Gently massage in circular motion all over the feet and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off with plain water, pat dry and apply moisturizer. Repeat once or twice in a week.

Method

Combine half cup of baking soda and juice of half of a lemon. Also add a tbsp coconut oil and few drops of lavender essential oil. Mix all the ingredients nicely and apply the mixture all over the feet. Continue massaging for few minutes. Wait for another 5 minutes and wash off with plain water. Reapply this homemade foot scrub once or twice in a week.

Method


In a bowl, take two tbsp Epsom salt and add one tbsp coconut oil as well as few drops of peppermint essential oil. Mix all the ingredients and apply on your damp feet. Exfoliate for few minutes and let it stay on the feet for another 5-10 minutes. Wash off with plain water, pat dry and moisturize. Do this once or twice in a week.
