Ingredients½ cup of Shea butter
3 teaspoons of Aloe Vera gel
5 drops of tea tree essential oil – optional
3 teaspoons of rose water
1 teaspoon of manuka honey
Method* Melt shea butter. You can use a double boiler or a microwave for this purpose.
* When shea butter melted, add Aloe Vera gel, rose water and raw manuka honey into this butter.
* Mix all the ingredients
* Add tea tree essential oil and combine all the ingredients.
* Place this mixture in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.
* Once the mixture has semi-solid form, take it out.
* You need to whip this mixture with a hand mixer.
* Whip the mixture until you obtain creamy consistency.
* Transfer this mixture in a clean jar.
* Your honey moisturiser DIY is ready.
How To UseHoney moisturiser DIY is just like your regular moisturiser. And it has the amazing moisturising power of honey. Apply this mixture on your face before going to bed. You need to keep this amazing honey moisturiser DIY until the morning.
Then, in the morning, you can wash your face with your regular cleanser. Apply this amazing moisturiser every day. Once you regularly use this moisturiser, you will see the difference. Your skin will feel much softer.
