Go for moderate intensity activity that increases your breathing and heart rate or go for Vigorous activity that increases your heartbeat to a maximum. Here are some other ways to be more active.
* Use the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk to the nearest destination and walk after dinner. Exercise at lunch. Join a sports team or go dancing.
* Use a stationary bike, push-ups or leg lifts while watching TV. Park a little farther from your office for a nice walk daily.
* Bring variation to the type of exercise you do to not get bored. You may also go for activities such as hiking, mowing the lawn, surfing or cycling.
* To maximize your heartbeat go for exercises such as football, squash, netball, basketball, aerobics, circuit training, jogging, fast cycling and rowing.
