* Watermelon smoothieWatermelon- 2 cups
Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
Mint leaves- 5- 6

- First, take a blender jar and add watermelon with lemon juice and mint leaves.
- Now, blend the mix to form a smoothie.
- Then, pour it into a glass.
* Pineapple frappePineapple- 3-4 slices
Flaxseed oil- 1/2 tablespoon

- Take a blender jar and add pineapple slices with flaxseed oil.

* Honey and Cinnamon waterHoney- 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon- 1/2 tablespoon
Water- 1 glass
Method
- Take a glass of water and mix all the ingredients.
- Drink this water early in the morning with empty stomach.
* Dandelion teaWater- 1 litre
Honey- 3 teaspoons

- Take a jar and add dandelion petals in it with boiling water.
- Now, add honey to the water.
- Then, keep it aside for a while till it reaches room temperature.
