10 Countries Where Indian Passport Holders Do Not Need Visa

# Bhutan

An Indian citizen can visit Bhutan without the need for a visa. To enter the country, either a Voter Identity Card issued by the Election Commission of India or a valid Indian passport (with at least 6 months of validity) is required.

For Indian nationals traveling to Bhutan by road, an Entry Permit must be obtained at the Indo-Bhutan Border across from Jaigaon in West Bengal. Those arriving in Bhutan by air need to possess one of the aforementioned Travel Documents and also obtain the Entry Permit at Paro International Airport.

# Albania

Typically, an Indian citizen planning to visit Albania as a tourist would require a visa. However, an Indian passport holder who possesses a valid B-1/B-2 visa for the United States has the option to obtain an Albania e-visa through the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) process.

Moreover, an Indian national holding a visa issued by a Schengen country, the United States, or the United Kingdom can enter Albania without the need for a visa, allowing a stay of up to 90 days. To qualify for this exemption, the Schengen/UK/US visa must be valid, allow multiple entries, and have been utilized at least once prior to traveling to Albania.

Indian citizens intending to visit Barbados for tourism purposes do not need a visa. However, it is essential to obtain prior confirmation from the Barbados Immigration Department. To do so, visit the official website, complete the application form, and gather all the required documents. Barbados allows Indian nationals to stay visa-free for a maximum duration of 90 days.

Indian passport holders with regular passports are permitted to visit Serbia from India for a maximum duration of 30 days within a one-year period. Indian citizens traveling to El Salvador for tourism or business reasons do not require a visa in advance. However, upon arrival in the country, they will be required to obtain an El Salvador tourist card, available at a cost of USD 10. The tourist card will remain valid for a period of 90 days starting from the date of entry.

# Dominica

Regardless of their nationality, individuals who fall into one of two categories will not require a tourist visa to visit the Dominican Republic (DR): (1) legal residents of the DR or (2) individuals possessing any of the specified valid visas (Schengen, Canada, US, or UK). However, individuals who do not hold a passport or visa from the aforementioned countries will need to obtain a tourist visa to travel to the Dominican Republic.

Indian citizens who are legal residents of or hold a visa from any of the Schengen countries, Canada, US, or UK will not need a tourist visa to visit the Dominican Republic.

# Qatar

Indian citizens holding a valid Indian passport, with a minimum validity of six months from the date of application, are entitled to a Qatar visa waiver upon arrival. Indian citizens can travel to Fiji without the requirement of a tourist visa and stay for a maximum period of 120 days. For tourism purposes, Fiji offers two types of visas: the Single Entry Visa (SEV) for a single visit, and the Multiple Entry Visa (MEV) for multiple visits. The SEV remains valid for three months, whereas the MEV permits each entry to have a duration of stay not exceeding four months.
