- Wrapping paneer in a wet muslin cloth will keep paneer fresh for a longer time. Damp the moisten cloth in every 4 to 5 hours as refrigerator tends to steal away the surface moisture.
- Another way is by submerging the paneer in a bowl of water and keeping it in the fridge. But don’t forget to change the water every day.
* Ghee- Ghee can stay fresh for decades even at room temperature.

- Keeping milk in the refrigerator won’t only taste delicious, but it will also make it last longer.
- Milk can pick up pungent smells, so keep it away from any strong-smelling food items in your fridge.
- Store the packaged milk in refrigerator after boiling it. This will make it germ and bacteria free.
- Never transfer the unused milk to the original container as it increases the chances of getting spoiled.
- Frozen milk can be stored for up to 6 weeks without any change in its flavour and nutritional value.
- Avoid exposing milk to light, as light destroys certain vitamins, especially vitamin D.
