# Sweet eve Strawberry Cocktail

Ingredients

1 cup strawberries
6 sugar cubes (optional)
3 shots of elderflower cordial
3 shots of Campari
1 bottle of Prosecco or champagne

Method

* Blend strawberries and strain any seeds out.

* When you are ready to serve put one sugar cube at bottom of champagne flute (optional).

* Pour half a shot of elderflower, Campari and strawberry blend into the glass.

* Top each with prosecco or champagne.

# Cranberry vodka spritzer

Ingredients

1½ cups fresh cranberries
¼ cup water
2 tbsp honey
1½ oz vodka, per drink
Fresh lime, cut into wedges
Club Soda
Ice

Method

* Put cranberries in a blender. Add 2 tbsp honey and ¼ cup water.

* Blend until a puree form, adding more water if necessary.

* Pour into a bowl.

* For each cocktail, add ice to a cocktail glass, then add 1½ oz vodka and two tbsp cranberry puree.

* Top off with club soda and squeeze a lime wedge into glass.

* Stir gently to combine.

# Cosmopolitan

Ingredients

1 oz (3 cl) Cranberry Juice
0.5 oz (1.5 cl) Lime Juice
0.5 oz (1.5 cl) Cointreau (Liqueur, orange)
1.25 oz (3.75 cl) Vodka, lemon

Method

* Chill a cocktail glass with ice and pour it out when you are ready to pour the ingredients in the glass.

* Pour the cointreau, cranberry juice, lime juice, and lemon vodka into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

* Shake well, and strain in large, cocktail glass.

* Garnish with lemon slice or lime wedge.
