Ingredients
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon corn flour
200 gm minced chicken
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1 tablespoon corn flour
2 cup Refined oil
1/4 teaspoon spice black pepper
1 tablespoon chilli garlic paste
4 cloves minced garlic
100 gm fresh noodles
1 cup shredded cabbage red
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 cup Water
8 Spring roll sheets
How to make Chicken Spring Rolls
Step 1
Mix soy sauce, chill garlic sauce, pepper and cornflour with the minced chicken in a bowl. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Heat 1 tblsp oil in a large pan. Stir fry minced chicken until brown. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan add green onion, garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds. Add in the carrots, noodles and cabbage. Stir well and turn the heat to medium and add the chicken and stir for 2 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.
Step 4
In a bowl mix together the remaining corn starch and water. Keep aside.
Step 5
Take your roll wrapper and fill a corner with 2 tbsp of the chicken, noodle vegetable mix. Apply a bit of cornflour and water, mix to ensure you have sealed the edges well.
Step 6
Heat oil on high. Deep fry the spring rolls till golden brown. Drain on a paper towel. And serve hot with sweet chili sauce.
