Cook Corn in These 3 Delicious Ways

# Corn Bhel

Ingredients

sweet corn, boiled, 200 g
onions, finely chopped, 2 nos.
tomatoes, finely chopped, 2 nos.
potatoes, boiled, peeled and diced, 2 nos.
capsicum, finely chopped, one
paneer, cut into small squares, ½ cup
chaat masala, 2 tsp
red chilli powder, 1 tsp
lime juice, 1 tbsp
salt to taste
coriander leaves, finely chopped, for garnish
flat puris, broken into pieces, for garnish
fine sev, 2 tbsp, for garnish

Method


* Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and toss well.

* Garnish with coriander leaves, broken puris and sev and serve.

# Baby Corn Sabzi

Ingredients

baby corn, boiled, 200 g
onion, chopped finely, one
tomato, chopped finely, one
capsicum, finely chopped, one
cumin powder, 1 tsp
garam masala powder, 1 tsp
red chilli powder, ½ tsp
lime juice, ½ tsp
oil, 2 tbsp
salt to taste
coriander leaves, finely chopped, for garnish

Method

* In a pan, heat oil and sauté the onions in it.

* Add the boiled corn and chopped capsicum and fry for a minute.

* Then, add tomatoes and sauté again.

* Add all the spice powders and adjust salt; let it cook well.

* Take it off the heat, and sprinkle lime juice on top.

* Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

# Corn Curd Curry

Ingredients

sweet corn, boiled, 250 g
onion paste, ¼ cup
ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp
asafoetida, 1 pinch
cardamom powder, 1 pinch
turmeric powder, 1 pinch
cinnamon stick, one-inch
cloves, 4 nos.
big cardamom, one
bay leaves, 2 nos.
black pepper, 1 tsp
garam masala powder, 1 tsp
beaten curd, ½ cup
oil, 2 tbsp
salt to taste
fresh cream, 2 tbsp, for garnish
coriander leaves, chopped, for garnish

Method

* Fry the sweet corn in a pan; set aside.

* In the same oil, sauté the onion and ginger-garlic paste.

* Add the remaining ingredients (except curd and sweet corn) and sauté for five minutes.

* Then, add the corn and curd and cook it for some time to let it thicken.

* Garnish with fresh cream and chopped coriander and serve hot with rice or roti.
