Enjoy Your Diwali With Home-made Masala Peanuts

Ingredients

Chickpea flour - 1 tablespoon.
Rice flour - 1 tablespoon.
Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tea spoon.
Salt - to taste.
Red chili powder - half tea spoon.
Coriander powder - half tea spoon.
Oil - tea spoon.
Water - 1/4 cup.
Groundnut - 1 cup.
Chat masala - half pinch.

Method:

# Take a bowl, add chickpea flour, rice flour, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of oil then mix nicely using water (i.e., little by little).

# Add groundnut and coat it with this batter for each peanut evenly then deep fry in hot oil.

# Transfer into a plate, sprinkle chat masala and mix it.
