Ingredients
buttermilk 1litre
chickpea flour200 gram
oil 3 teaspoon
Methidana half teaspoon
Heeng 1/4teaspoon
jeera 1/2 teaspoon
turmeric powder 1/2teaspoon
red chilli powder 1/2teaspoon
salt 1 teaspoon
spinach chopped 1 cup
Ghia baingan mooli parwal chopped 1 cup
curry leaves 5 or 6
3 or 4 whole red chillies
Method* Add flour in buttermilk
* Whisk well adding 1 glass water
* Boil all the vegetables
* Put a pan on flame
* Add oil in it
* Add heeng and methidana and jeera
* Add whole red chillies and curry leaves
* Add turmeric powder and red pepper powder
* Add the boiled vegetables and spinach
* Add salt
* Add buttermilk batter
* Let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes
* Serve hot with plaine rice or bajra.
