Snacks- Jhal Muri

 Ingredients
   
1 cup puffed rice
4 tablespoon boiled,peeled,finely chopped potato
2 kilograms finely chopped ginger
4 finely chopped green chilli
2 teaspoon soaked split black gram
4 pinches salt
2 tablespoon finely chopped onion
4 tablespoon finely chopped tomato
1 teaspoon finely chopped cucumber
2 teaspoon raw peanuts
4 tablespoon mustard oil

How to make Jhal Muri

Step 1
Combine all the ingredients except mustard oil and salt in a deep bowl.

Step 2
Mix all the ingredients gently with a spoon.

Step 3
When everything is mixed well, add the mustard oil and salt.

Step 4
Mix them gently again. Serve with tea in a paper cone to give it a desi touch.
