Know How to Cook Delectable Egg Omelette with variations

Omelette or omelet is a dish made from beaten eggs fried with butter or oil in a frying pan. For breakfast egg omelette is the healthiest food and can prepare very quick. Here is quick and yummy omelet recipe-

Ingredients

2 large Eggs
2 Tbsp. water
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. butter
1/3 cup filling, such as shredded cheese, finely chopped ham
Yields: 1 serving

Directions

Beat eggs, water, salt and pepper in small bowl until blended.

Heat butter in 6 to 8-inch nonstick omelet pan or skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Tilt pan to coat bottom. Pour egg mixture into pan. Mixture should set immediately at edges.

Gently Push cooked portions from edges toward the center with inverted turner so that uncooked eggs can reach the hot pan surface. continue cooking, tilting pan and gently moving cooked portions ask needed.

When top surface of eggs is thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, place filling on one side of the omelet. fold omelet in half with turner. With a quick flip of the wrist, turn pan and invert or slide omelet onto plate. serve immediately.

Variations

In a small variations you can change the whole taste of omelet.

Fine Herbs Omelette:

Add 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped parsley,
1 tsp (5 mL) finely chopped green onion,
1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried tarragon and 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) finely chopped garlic to egg mixture in the Basic Omelette recipe.
Cook as directed.
