# Instant Cocoa Modak
Ingredients
1 Cup Milk Powder
1/4 Cup Ghee / Clarified butter
1/2 Cup Powder Sugar
1/4 Cup Milk
3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
Method
* Add ghee and milk in a non stick saucepan.
* Add milk powder and cocoa powder and mix well.
* Keep the heat on medium and let the mixture cook.Keep stiring in between. Cook till the moisture evaporates and it gets dry. It will take just 2 minutes.
* Add sugar and keep mixing till the sugar is well mixed with the mixture.
* After adding sugar, the mixture will turn thin. Don’t worry, eventually it will dry up.
* Continue to cook. Make sure to stir after every minute. After about 5-6 minutes mixture will be dry. To test whether it is done, take a little of the mixture on a greased plate and try to roll into a ball. If you can make the ball very easily and it stays in that shape, then the modak mixture is done. Remove from heat and allow to cool down for about 10 minutes.
* Grease Modak moulds and press the mixture into them. And there you are all ready to serve them to Lord Ganesha.
