Nimbu Pudina Sharbat - Mint Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients
Mint Leaves- 1 cupLemon – 1Sugar- 4 tbspLemon slices- 4 ( for garnishing )Mint leaves- (for garnishing )Roasted Cumin Powder- ½ tspBlack salt- ½ tsp (or to taste ) How to make
Clean the mint leaves and rinse them thoroughly. Place them in sieve and let the water drain out completely. Now place these leaves into the mixer jar, followed by sugar, black salt, roasted cumin powder, lemon juice and 1/2 cup water and make a fine paste. Strain the mint paste through a sieve and place it in a bowl. Lemon mint paste is ready. Prepare sharbat to serve: For this take 2 glasses, add 2 to 3 ice cubes and fill most the glasses with half the quantity of prepared sharbat. Add water and mix thoroughly. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices. Serve chilled lemon mint sharbat and relish drinking.
