Ingredients
Soya Chaap-1kg
Paneer- 200 gm mashed
Onion- 2 medium chopped finally
Tomato- 4 medium (2 chopped and 2 pureed)
Ginger - 2 inch piece chopped finally
Garlic - 8-10 pods chopped finally
Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Chilly pdr - 1/2 tsp
Chaap Masala - 1 tsp (or any fo your favorite masala)
Salt- as per your taste
Method
1. Gather your ingredients.
2.Boil and Fry Chaap Sticks
3.Now take 1 tbsp oil in a wok/kadai
4.Add Coriander seeds and cumin seeds
5.Flavor them with chopped ginger and garlic
6.Add pureed tomato and mix well
7.Cook it for few minutes
8.Add chopped onion and tomato
9.Mix well and cook for one min
10.Add salt and chilly Pdr mix well
11.Now add your favorite masala
12. Add mashed paneer and mix really very well
Add 1 cup water and simmer for 1 min
13.Throw in fried chaap pieces
14. Cover and simmer for 2-3 min
Your Soya Chaap Paneer Semi Dry Masala is ready.
