Ramadan 2018- Amar al din
Probably the most popular Ramadan drink, Amar al Din, can be consumed during Iftar or Suhoor.
Ingredients1 package dry apricot (in pressed sheet form)
5 cups boiling water
Method* Cut up the apricot sheets into 4 or 5 stips.
* Add water to cover.
* Soak until apricot dissolves. (5 hours).
* Once apricot is fully dissolved, refrigerate.
* Serve cold.
