Ingredients1 pound ground beef or lamb
1 medium onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Method- In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, parsley, cilantro, garlic, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, allspice, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
