Ramadan Recipe- Delicious Chicken Drumsticks

Chicken Drumsticks are the roasted chicken legs, which may be roasted in a bar-be-que or oven. It is an extraordinarily tasty starter that goes well with green coriander sauce, salad, and lime squeezed on it.

Ingredients

8-10 chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

- Place the chicken drumsticks in a large bowl and pour the spice mixture over them. Toss the drumsticks until they are evenly coated.

- Place the chicken drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown.

- Remove from the oven and let the chicken drumsticks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
