Especially with Festivals kicking in, most of us who are throwing house parties must have stacked up heavily on drinks. In our article on easy cocktail recipes for holidays, we compiled a list of highly creative cocktails to try out with your guests but why should the non-drinkers of the group be left behind? Hence, when it comes to them, you can churn up some amazing non-alcoholic drinks that are equally refreshing and tasty.
Hence, we have brought together 4 amazing non-alcoholic drinks to spice up your party! (With the added benefit of NO Hangover!!)
* Non-Alcoholic Grape SpritzerThis is a highly refreshing drink with the goodness of fresh grapes. Very simple to make. Your guests will be left asking for more.
Ingredients:
1 cup green grapes (frozen)
1 cup black grapes (frozen)
2 oranges thinly sliced
2 lemons thinly sliced
8 cups ginger ale
8 cups white grape juice
Method
- Fill in a large pitcher grapes, ginger ale and grape juice. Add ice cubes and serve.
* Cranberry Ginger Ale
Ingredients:
One part of cranberry Juice
One part of ginger ale
One-part lemonade
A packet or two of cranberries
2 sliced lemons
Method:
- Add all the ingredients in a large pitcher. Serve with ice cubes.
* Non-Alcoholic Sangria
Ingredients:
5 cups passion fruit juice (store bought)
10 cups ginger ale (you can also use sparkling water)
2 each of fresh kiwi, orange and lime sliced
A can of cranberries
Method:
Take a large pitcher and fill it a quarter with ice. Pour in the passion fruit juice and the ginger ale. Drop in all the freshly cut fruits and give the drink a good stir. You can store this drink in the fridge for some time or serve it directly.
* The virgin Pina ColadaIngredients:
4 cups Pineapple Juice, freshly prepared or store bought
2 cups Coconut milk (you can purchase it any grocery store)
Crushed ice cubes- 2 cups
Sugar- as required.
Method:
- If you are preparing the pineapple juice at home, then slice up 2 pineapples and throw the diced cubes in the blender. Add 1 cup of water and blend it until smooth.
- Strain the Juice in a strainer and keep it aside. Next add the coconut milk, freshly extracted pineapple juice, ice cubes and sugar into the mixer. Blend until smooth.
- Garnish with freshly sliced pineapples. Enjoy
