# Magic mango iced teaIngredientsMango - 1 medium size, perfectly ripe
Tea leaves - 2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Water - 2 glasses
Method- Peel ripe mango and cut into pieces and blend in a mixie to make smooth puree
- Now filter it to remove pulp residual and preserve mango juice for further use
- Now heat water in a cooking pot till water start producing bubbles, add sugar and stir
- Add tea leaves and switch off fire and rest it for 10 minutes and then filter to separate tea leaves
- Now add mango juice to tea extract and mix all
- Keep in refrigerator for one hour and blend again and pour into glasses serve with ice cubes or crushed ice.
# Cucumber lemonade
Ingredients
Cucumber / kheera - 1 medium size
Lemon juice - 4 tsp
Sugar - ¾ tbsp
Water - 2 glasses
Method- Cut cucumber into small pieces and boil in water for 10 minutes
- Now remove cucumber pieces and add sugar and mix properly in boiled water
- Now rest it for 10 minutes and keep it inside freezer for one hour
- Now take it from freezer and add lemon juice to it and blend it in mixie to make it consistent
- Pour it into glasses and serve it with crushed water.
# Natural & spicy lemonade
Ingredients2 glasses of fresh sugarcane juice (ganne ka juice)
3 teaspoons lemon juice (nimbu)
1 cup fresh mint leaves (pudina patta)
½ teaspoon chaat masala
½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder (bhuna jeera powder)
1 tablespoon sugar, optional (if sugarcane juice is not sweet enough)
Method- Take everything in a blender, Now blend to make a smooth drink
- Strain this drink in a large bowl and pour natural & spicy lemonade into two glasses
- Serve this with extra mint leaves & lemon slices
# Green juice drinks
Ingredients2 cucumbers
Handful gotu kola leaves
10-15 mint leaves (pudina patta)
Half of lemon, juice
Pinches of black salt
1 glass of chilled water
Method
- Wash cucumber, mint leaves & gotu kola leaves under running water
- Then put those in a blender and blend it to make smooth puree
- Now strain that puree into a large bowl and keep it aside
- Then pour chilled water in that blender, add lemon juice, black salt & that juice, mix all
- Now serve it in glasses.
# Gotu kola mint juice
Ingredients1 cup gotu kola (Centella Asiatica) leaves
½ cup mint leaves/pudina patta
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
Pinches of black salt or normal salt
2 glasses of chilled water
Method- Wash gotu kola leaves & mint leaves properly and add to a blender
- Add lemon juices, roasted cumin powder, salt and 1 tbsp of water
- Now blend it to make a smooth puree
- Strain it into a bowl, add residual water and stir to mix
- Now serve in glasses.
