Chapati noodles is a fantastic way to finish left over chapattis in no time. These are very tasty and easy to make. This can be a good breakfast ot snack recipe. This is a fantastic makeover of left over chapattis.
Ingredients2 left over Rotis
1 finely sliced Onion
1/2 cup thinly sliced Carrot
1 tsp Tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp diced Ginger
1/2 cup diced Cabbage
1/4 cup sliced Capsicum
1/2 tsp Soya sauce
1 tsp Schezwan sauce
Finely chopped Coriander leaves
1 tsp finely dices Garlic
1/4 tsp crushed Black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tsp Oil
Method* Roll both roits together and cut them into thin strips. Chapati noodles have been cut.
* Heat up oil in a pan.
* Add garlic, ginger and roast these for about 30 seconds.
* Add onion, carrot, capsicum and fry it for about a minute.
* Do not overcook the veggies. Veggies should retain their crunch.
* Add cabbage and just mix it well. No need to cook the cabbage.
* You can cook the veggies completely if you want.
* Add soya sauce, schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, crushed black pepper and mix well.
* You can use red chili powder instead of schezwan sauce.
* Cook this sauce for about a minute.
* Add chapatti noodles and a little salt.
* Chapati and sauces contain salt. So add salt carefully.
* Mix chapatti noodles well with veggies.
* Add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
* You can use spring onion too.
