Watermelon is one of the healthy fruit for summer days that makes you healthy, cool, and refreshing. With watermelon, lime, mint, and adding any alcohol make this drink delicious. You can omit the alcohol to this drink for kids and you too.
On this hot summer try this watermelon lime mocktail and make a crowd on any holiday party nights. Take a few fresh watermelons, cut and adding other ingredients, serve with ice cubes, enjoy!
Ingredients3 cups cubed watermelon seedless
¼ cup lime juice about 2 limes juiced
2 cups club soda
8 sprigs of mint
Method- Cube watermelon. Remove any seeds.
- Slice four thin rounds from your limes. Set aside to be used for garnish. Juice the rest of the two limes.
- Combine the cubed watermelon and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Using a sieve, strain the watermelon and lime mixture until you're left with just the juice. Set aside.
- Place 5 mint leaves at the bottom of each glass. Use a muddler to release the flavor of the mint.
- Fill cups with ice. Pour watermelon juice halfway full. Top with club soda until full. Gently stir with a spoon.
- Garnish each glass with a thin slice of watermelon, a sprig of mint, and reserved lime wedge. Enjoy!
