People usually do not like to eat spinach much, but many dishes made from it are amazing.

We are talking about Crispy Spinach Rolls, its special thing is that this dish will be liked by everyone from kids to adults. So let’s know about the recipe of making Spinach Roll.
Ingredients
Spinach – 300 grams
Wheat flour coarsely ground – 100 grams
Semolina – 3 tbsp
Besan – 2 tbsp
Sour curd – 2 tbsp
salt to taste
Ginger finely chopped – 1 tsp
Green chili finely chopped – 1 tsp
Finely chopped onion – 1
Turmeric Powder – tsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
oil for frying
Method* First, chop the spinach. Wash the spinach thoroughly and keep it aside in a sieve.
* Now take wheat flour in a bowl. Add semolina and gram flour to it and mix. Then add carom seeds, turmeric powder, finely chopped green chilies.
* Then add curd, salt as per taste and some water and knead the dough. Keep the dough aside to rest for 15 minutes.
* Add finely chopped onion and spinach to it and mix it well. Then make a uniform roll from the dough.
* Heat oil in a pan and then put the rolls in it. Shallow fry the rolls and take them out and let them cool
* Fry the rolls again to make them crunchy.
* Now serve these hot rolls with mayonnaise, sauce or green chutney.
