Cucumber lemon water motivates me to drink plenty of water whenever I find that I am not consuming enough water. Unlike cucumber mint water, it is absolutely different in taste because lemon is added here and so it is not only a flavored water but also its sour in taste. I mean here your nose & tongue both will get involved to enjoy this cucumber lemon water. It is a simple & traditional detox water recipe what helped me to drink a lot of water.
Ingredients1 medium-size cucumber, cut into slices
1 or 2 lemons, cut into thin slices
1 glass of chilled water
Method- Wash cucumber & lemon under fresh running water and cut those into thin slices
- Add those cucumber & lemon slices in a container/flask/glass and pour chilled water into the same
- Now keep it in a refrigerator for at least 1 hour
- Now serve it in a glass and enjoy.
