Double chocolate pudding Popsicle is a super delicious chocolate pudding Popsicle that tastes just amazing and is a wonderful treat for your kids these summers.
If you ever have leftover chocolate pudding, you could always make these Popsicle and enjoy the leftovers pudding with more fun. When I first saw the recipe on Pavani’s blog Cookshideout, I immediately bookmarked to try it.
Ingredients2 cups milk
3 tablespoons corn starch
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup chocolate chips
2 tablespoon brown sugar
chocolate vermicelli to sprinkle
Method* In a mixing bowl add corn starch, 1/4 cup of milk, and cocoa powder. mix well and set aside.
* Heat milk in a saucepan and bring it to boil.
* Now slowly add in the cornstarch and cocoa mixture, keep stirring. Make sure to keep the heat on low.
* Mix well, add sugar and let it cook until it starts thickening, and chocolate pudding is formed.
* Turn off the heat and add chocolate chips, mix well to combine until chocolate chips are melted.
* Cool completely and transfer into ice lolly molds. Sprinkle some chocolate vermicelli on top.
* Place in the freezer for about 6 hours to overnight.
* Remove from molds and serve.
