Ingredients
2 green apples 2 cups fresh mint leaves 2 large onions 3-4 green chillies 1 tablespoon chopped ginger 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon black salt 1 teaspoon sugar Salt to taste Method
- Roughly chop the green apples, mint, onions and green chillies.
- Put all the ingredients in a grinder and grind till smooth.
- Take the chutney out in a glass jar and keep refrigerated. This chutney can be kept in the refrigerator for a week
