White Vinegar: 2 tsp
Water: 2 tsp
You can use lemon juice in place of vinegar

For Ladoo

Fresh Paneer/Cottage Cheese: Prepared from 1 litre Milk (1+1/2 bowl) or 200-250 gms (as per your requirement)
Desiccated Coconut: 1 bowl + 1 bowl for garnishing
Powder Milk: 1 bowl
Powdered Sugar/Bura: 3/4th bowl or as per your taste
Almonds for garnishing

Method

For Cheese

- Take one litre full cream milk and boil it.

- As the milk is boiling, meanwhile you take a small bowl and add two tsp white vinegar and two tsp of water. Mix them.

- When the milk is completely boiled, add this mixture to it and keep stirring. Soon you will see that paneer is separating from the water. Once the water becomes transparent, this step is complete.

- Now using a strainer or a muslin cloth separate the paneer from water. This separated water can be used in making veggies, soups or kneading flour as it's very healthy.

- Wash paneer using water. This will cool it down and stop the reaction caused by vinegar.

For Ladoo

- Take freshly prepared homemade paneer/cottage cheese or you can buy it from the market.

- Now grate it and once grated, mash it properly so that we can make smooth laddus.

- Add desiccated coconut to paneer. You can get it at the nearby grocery shop. Or desiccate it at home.

- Now add milk powder to this mixture.

- Take powdered sugar/bura and sieve it to remove bigger chunks. You can also use gur powder in place of powdered sugar.

- Mix all ingredients well and knead it properly to make smooth laddoos.

- Take a small portion and roll it between your palms to make perfect ball or ladoo.

- Roll the ball in the desiccated coconut to garnish.

- Vertically cut all almonds into half and then top each ball with it.
