Air fryer is the new and very popular kitchen gadget .I always thought that air fryer is used mainly for making french fries and other fried snacks etc. Few of my friends brought this gadget and are quite happy with the results so I was planning to buy a good air fryer.Suddenly got a mail from Better life to review there Euron Air fryer.
Every one at home was excited to try low fat recipes made by this new gadget.So soon after I received the air fryer we are trying and experimenting new recipes almost everyday and was pleased by the results.
Ingredients
1 cup Semolina / Sooji Fine
1/4 cup Refined Flour / Maida
3/4 cup Whole Milk / Doodh
1/2 cup Yogurt / Dahi
1/2 cup Sugar / Chini
1/3 cup mixed nuts
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/3 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 cup Cooking Oil
1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
pinch of Salt / Namak
Method* In a bowl add semolina, refined flour, cooking oil,yogurt, milk ,chopped nuts and vanilla essence and stir well.
* Preheat the airfryer for 10 minutes at 200 temp.
* The batter should be of pouring consistency ,can add some more milk if needed.
* Preheat the airfryer for 10 minutes at 180 temp.
* After 10 minutes add baking powder and baking soda in the mixture .Pour the mixture in the silicon muffin cupes till 3/4 in volume.
* Put the muffin cups in the air fryer basket and bake for 15 minutes at 160 temp.
* Insert a toothpick if it come out clean then its done else cook further for 5 minutes.
* Let it rest in the airfryer for 10 minutes.
* Take out cupcakes from the airfryer,unmold and serve.
