Ingredients200 grams fusilli pasta
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
½ teaspoon garlic
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups milk
¼ cup cream
1.5 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 cup Four Cheese blend Go Cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon parsley leaves (chopped)
1 tablespoon chopped basil leaves
Method- In a large pot boil water and add salt.
- Add pasta and cook it till al dente.
- Drain pasta and reserve ½ cup of water.
- To make four-cheese sauce heat butter in a pan add garlic and cook it for 1 min. Add in the all-purpose flour and cook on slow heat until very lightly browned (1 minute)
- Switch off the heat and whisk in milk, cream and Italian seasoning.
- Switch on the heat add ½cup of pasta water. keep it whisking till the sauce starts to thicken.
- Add in Go four-cheese blend and cook the sauce till slightly thickened.
- Now adjust salt as per taste and add black pepper.
- Add cooked pasta and gently combine to coat it well with this four-cheese sauce.
