Ingredients1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon Himalayan crystal salt
2 pounds sweet potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
Method
* Preheat oven to 425° F. While it’s warming, stir together spices and salt and set aside.
* Slice your potatoes into wedges about an inch thick.
* Add potatoes, olive oil, and spices to a bowl and toss until potatoes are covered.
* Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper and place the wedges on it with space around each one.
* Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven, flip the potato wedges, and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
