We usually enjoy ours without any added sweetener to keep it healthier and lower calorie, but you can choose to add one of the listed sweeteners if your sweet tooth needs a fix.

Ingredients

2 cups almond milk
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons brown sugar
