Recipe- Healthy and Crunchy Coconut Chia Granola

A crunchy and healthy coconut chia granola filled with the goodness of coconut and health benefits of chia and some other protein packed seeds and nuts.This coconut granola is filled with all the healthy ingredients that would make it a wonderful and super delicious breakfast dish.

Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup hazelnuts
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup sultanas
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

Method

* Preheat oven to 150 °C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

* In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and melted coconut oil. Stir with a spatula.

* Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking tray and spread it in an even layer.

* Bake in oven for about 40 to 50 minutes, stirring in between few times.

* Remove from oven and cool it completely before storing in the air tight container.
