This is a perfect way to make healthy and tasty with this quick and easy recipe. Could be made in a jiffy and enjoy it hot.
Ingredients1 tsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup chopped Onion
1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1/4 cup diced Carrot
1/4 cup diced Green Pepper
1/4 cup Green Peas
1/2 cup chopped Spinach Leaves
1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 cup Oats
1 tsp Lemon juice
Method* Heat Olive oil in pan.
* After the oil is heated add chopped Onion, mix and saute for 3 to 4 mts.
* Then add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
* Add all veggies like carrot, green pepper and green pease, mix well and cook for 3 to 4 mts.
* Add chopped spinach leaves and mix well.
* Add Pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder and mix well.
* Cook for 2 more mts.
* Then add oats and mix well with masala.
* Then add water and mix well.
* Add salt and lemon juice and mix well.
* Cover and cook for 2 to 3 mts.
* Serve hot with a wedge of lemon juice on the side!
