Recipe- Healthy and Refreshing Mango Banana Smoothie

What could be more refreshing on a hot day than a cold mango banana smoothie? This delicious drink is perfect for quenching your thirst, and it's also healthy and nutritious. One of my favorites. This makes a quick healthy breakfast on busy weekdays.

Mangoes are a good source of fiber, vitamin C, and other antioxidants, while bananas are high in potassium and other vitamins and minerals. Both of them make this smoothie a healthy way to fuel your body. Plus, it's easy to make and takes only minutes to whip up.

Ingredients

1½ cup frozen mangoes
⅔ cup frozen bananas
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 - 2 tsp maple syrup optional
1 scoop protein powder optional

Method

- Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender.

- Blend them to a smooth puree.

- Adjust the consistency by adding almond milk.
