Urad dal ladoo recipe a quick and healthy ladoo for Diwali. With just 3 ingredients this black urad dal ladoo tastes soo good.This is known as sunnundalu in Telugu and we call it karuppu ulundu ladoo in tamil.After grinding the mixture itself smelled soo good that I knew the ladoo will sure be tasty.Do not underestimate with the minimal ingredients, do try this and enjoy with your kids.
Ingredients1 cup black urad dal with skin
1 cup jaggery use clean jaggery
1/3 cup ghee
Method* Dry roast urad dal until crisp, we can't see the color change but you can smell the aroma, so switch off accordingly and cool down completely.Then add to mixie jar.
* Grind to a fine powder.
* Add jaggery and give a quick blend.Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl.The mixture will be slightly coarse.
* Warm up ghee and add it.Mix well with a spoon.
* Pinch a small lemon sized portion and shape them as ladoos.Repeat to finish the mixture.
* Store in a clean dry container.Keeps well atleast for a 5 days in room temperature itself.
