Ingredients 1 cup boiled kala chana (black chickpeas)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped cucumber

1 green chilli, finely chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Sev (fried gram flour noodles) for garnish
Method
- Rinse the boiled kala chana with water and drain well.
- In a mixing bowl, add the kala chana, chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, coriander leaves, and green chilli (if using).
- Add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the mixture and toss it again.
- Transfer the chaat to a serving bowl and garnish with sev.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious Kala Chana Chaat!
