Ingredients

200 grams paneer
2 green chilies, cut in the middle
2 medium sized onions, sliced ​​long
1 tomato, finely chopped
5-6 garlic cloves
1 inch piece of ginger, chopped
2 medium sized onions, cut into square shape
1 green capsicum, cut into square shape
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tbsp whole coriander
1 teaspoon fennel
1 tsp black pepper
tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp fresh cream
3 tbsp cooking oil
finely chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Method

* First of all dry roast all the standing spices in a non skin pan.

* Now after cooling this masala, grind it in Mikki.

* Now heat a little oil in a pan. Then add garlic buds and ginger to it and cook it lightly.

* Then add chopped onion to it and cook till it becomes soft. Then put tomatoes in it and sprinkle some salt on top so that the tomatoes melt quickly.

* After that turn off the gas and let it cool down completely. When it cools down, blend it well in a blender.

* Now again put the pan on the gas and heat it. Put 1 teaspoon oil in it.

* Then add green chilies to it and fry it lightly.

* After that add chopped onion in square shape and chopped capsicum in square shape. And fry on high flame for 1 minute.

* Now medium the flame of the gas. Then add red chili powder and turmeric powder to it. (Keep in mind that when red chili and turmeric are added, then put in the oil, it gives a good color to the vegetable)

* After mixing well, now add the prepared puree to it and cook for 1 minute. After that add roasted masala on top and mix it well.

*Then add fresh cream to it and mix it well. When all the things are mixed well, then add half a glass of water and mix it.

* After this add salt to it (keep in mind that salt was added while making puree, so now add less salt)

* After this, add paneer to it and mix it well in the gravy.

* Now add garam masala to it, mix it well and let it cook on low flame for 2 minutes without covering.

* At last, put coriander leaves on top and switch off the gas.

* While serving, take out the vegetables in the bout. Garnish with green coriander leaves and whole green chilies. If you want, you can also add cream on top.
