Recipe- Keep Yourself Hydrated in Summers With Cold Coffee With Chocolate

Coffee & chocolate is a match made in heaven! Delight your taste buds with this delicious & frothy cold coffee enriched with chocolate flavour and vanilla ice-cream.

Ingredients

2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
11/2 cups chilled milk
2 teaspoons sugar
11/2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
2 shot beer shape glasses

Method

- Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds or till they melt. Stir with a spoon and you will get a smooth chocolate sauce. Keep aside.

- Take 2 glasses and drizzle the chocolate sauce (melted chocolate) on the inner sides of the glass while rotating it slowly to form random chocolate streaks. Keep them in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

- Combine the coffee powder, cocoa powder and 1/4 cup of boiling water in cup and mix well. Keep aside.

- Combine the milk, coffee-water mixture, 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream and sugar in a blender and blend till it is smooth and frothy.

- Take the chocolate decorated glasses out of the refrigerator and pour the cold coffee into the glasses.

- Add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream in each glass. The ice-cream will float on the top. Drizzle some chocolate sauce (melted chocolate) on the ice-cream.

- Serve immediately.
