Recipe- Light and Tangy Apple Cider Vinaigrette


Apple cider vinaigrette is light, tangy, and extremely versatile – it’s delicious on virtually any salad. Simply whisk together a few ingredients and drizzle it over a bed of greens. You’ve probably seen apple cider vinegar being used in cooking or for home remedies. But what is it made of exactly? It’s an acidic liquid that’s produced from fermented apple cider. Lucky for us, fermentation produces a healthy dose of good bacteria and probiotics. On the other hand, it gives a fruity and zesty flavor that makes it great for soups, sauces, and various beverages.

Ingredients

1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper , to taste

Method

* Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together.

* Pour into a serving jar and enjoy. Or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
