IngredientsPlain/all-purpose flour
Quick oats
Baking powder
Baking soda
Salt
Ground cinnamon
Ground nutmeg
Unsalted butter
Light brown sugar
Caster/granulated sugar
Large egg
Vanilla extract
Fresh blueberries
Method* Beat butter until creamy. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
* Beat in eggs and vanilla.
* Mix in flour; stir in oats.
* Refrigerate dough 30 minutes; add pre-frozen blueberries.
* Scoop dough into 2 Tbsp. size balls; bake until golden brown.
* Cool on a wire rack.
